Our Commitment to Efficient Inventory Management

Our goal is to ensure you never run out of products while maintaining the lowest possible inventory levels for maximum efficiency in cash flow and storage space.

Order Management Process:

  1. Current Purchase Order Review:
    • If needed item is not in stock, we first locate the current purchase order (PO) from our vendor on that item.
    • A dedicated team member looks at and updates our vendor POs to provide the latest ETA
  2. Customer Service Evaluation:
    • We assess when the item will arrive at our warehouse and check your current consumption rate and on-hand quantity.
    • If we determine you will receive the material before depleting your stock, we add the item to the sales order without suggesting a substitute.
    • If a stock-out risk is identified, we offer alternative solutions to maintain 99% on-time delivery.

Sales Order Tracking:

  • An item on a sales order that doesn’t appear in that week's delivery indicates it’s still needed, not necessarily a stock-out risk.
  • We will notify you if you are at risk of a stock-out.
  • In case of a stock-out, we investigate and resolve internal issues to prevent recurrence.

Possible Causes of Stock-Outs:

  1. Increased customer consumption.
  2. Vendor or manufacturer delays.
  3. Shipping delays.
  4. Receiving damaged or incorrect materials.
  5. Industry-wide shortages.
  6. Short shelf life or receipt of expired materials.

We mitigate these issues by maintaining reasonable safety stock, but multiple simultaneous issues may still cause a stock-out.

Our Assurance:
We aim to provide 99% on-time delivery of the items you need. If you feel this service level is not being met, please contact your sales representative immediately for additional solutions/support.

Thank you for your business and trust in our team.
